Jim Hall
Mr. Hall is a seasoned Sales and Business Development Executive who has contributed the success of many companies over the past 12 years. Before working with Starmass he specialized in bringing software and peripheral sales to IBM and Lenovo worldwide business. He excels in getting emerging technology in front of the right decision makers and propelling unknown products into the worldwide market. His success rests in the trust and respect he has built over the years by bringing quality companies together with IBM, Lenovo and other worldwide companies.
Mr. Hall has a rare knowledge of the worldwide software landscape, especially in the USA and China markets. Mr. Hall has developed an extensive array of relationships with OEMs and distributors based in China and is able to leverage those relationships to bring cost-effective strategic marketing, sales, business development and China market entry professional services to high-technology companies throughout the world.
Mr. Hall led InterVideo to win the preload business for all IBM/Lenovo ThinkPads and Desktops worldwide which resulted in over $30M per year in revenue. He also completed other successful deals bringing digital cameras, as well as printer/scanner software into IBM and Xerox Corporation markets worldwide. Mr. Hall holds a Computer Science degree from George Mason University.
Dave Ascani
Dave Ascani has over 25 years experience in technology, financial management and operations leadership positions. Prior to consulting with Starmass, Mr. Ascani was Chief Financial Officer at Persystent Technology Corporation (dba Persystent Software), an innovator in advanced PC recovery software applications.
Mr. Ascani has worked for domestic and international corporations, such as Intuit (software), CP Ships (container shipping), and Intermedia Communications (telecommunications), and offers a wealth of executive software experience to Starmass?partners.

Five years’ experience with Lenovo Group, Ltd. as a Senior Worldwide Product Marketing Manager of ThinkPad X Series and Acquisitions Account Executive. With ThinkPad, helped to generated a 30%+ CAGR, eventually achieving annual sales of $1.2 billion for X Series. Led 15-20 new products launches and releases. Helped China to increase its X Series sales from <$50 million to over $400 millions, while maintaining a higher gross margin of any of Lenovo’s regions worldwide. Worked in cross-functional and cross-Business Unit projects integrating Windows Vista, wireless broadband and emerging technologies into Lenovo.
Mike holds MBA in Marketing Consulting and Sales Management from Emory University. BA in Economics from Princeton University.

Jack Wang has assisted over 150 companies from 30 countries successfully to penetrate into China market and over 100 China-based companies expand their business overseas.
Jack Wang received a master degree in business administration (MBA) from the National University of Singapore, honored degree in Information Technology from the University of Portsmouth, U.K.
William Xiong
William has broad connection and experience in marketing and technology sourcing especially in IT and electrical industry. His experience includes working as director with Honbam International Consultants (Singapore), Managing Director of Beijing Tiantong Hi-Tech company (China), and operating manager of Singapore Technology (ST) group.
William held a master degree in business administration (MBA) from National University of Singapore, and bachelor degree from Dalian University of Technology, China.
